Quiet area, central location next to the main areas in London and the the lovely Regents/Grand Union Canal a 2 minute walk away. For tea or coffee visit Beany Green Coffee nearby. New-fashioned superior queen room with bath, comfy beds plus all the necessary requirements.

The property was beautifully kept and well-maintained with responsive staff with exceptional Customer service.

Pleasant family-friendly property with very welcoming staff from one staff member. Perfect location in the Paddington area with pleasant views. Based just next door to the Heathrow express, and Paddington Station for the trip back to Wales.

The hotel had a central location next to the train line which did wake us early in the morning. We were 300 metres away from Pret a Manger, that offered quick meals. Enjoyed the way our modern superior queen room with a sofa bed was.

All in all everything was really good, had a splendid stay at 11 am in a Saturday. The breakfast was freshly prepared and generous - lots of dishes. The rooms were a nice size and well-kept with comfortable beds and had all necessary facilities. The hotel was in a central setting very close to public transport links.

The hotel provides delicious and generous breakfast with fruit, tomatoes plus fried rice. The room is modern for tea & coffee.

We liked being there. The breakfast was freshly cooked and generous with plentiful options, the best we had in London. Besides, the location was comfortable for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Sheldon Square.

The location was marvellous because it was close to bars/restaurants/the tube, the canal and the railway station and central London for business or pleasure. Also, there was Sheldon Square near the venue.

As for me, the area was very strange.

The whole room was spotless and had heating and an iron. The location was great and the staff members were very very nice. Just a 10-minute walk away there was London Paddington tube station.

Fairly clean hotel with fresh and incredible breakfast. Favourable location with cafés and bars close to the place. Really nice stay in lovely area. Outstanding and excellent food, FIRST-CLASS service.

The executive queen room with sofa bed pulled out to make 2 children's beds, chocolates, extra towels. Amazing and magnificent location - not far from a tube station. The outdoor bar with reasonably priced drinks. Great way to end our trip.

Its location not too far away from Sheldon Square was comfortable. I had an a nice size and well-kept room with functional sofa beds and everything was really good.

The hotel offered great amenities, including comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The location was also a key advantage, with easy access to central London and nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our experience. the maintenance of the rooms could have been better.
